Konsultwerke is the consulting practice founded by David M. Krakoff.  David has had a diverse, international career spanning more than 30 years with well-known, world class, public and private global companies.  He has been responsible for leading significant business growth throughout the world, often with industry-leading results and groundbreaking levels of achievement.  He has had success growing established companies as large as US$13 billion as well as with resource-challenged startups and turnarounds.  David has been a successful CEO, President and senior executive with US, European, Mexican & Asian-owned companies.  He sits on multiple Boards of Directors and is recognized as a strong leader, motivator, mentor, and strategist.
 
David M. Krakoff has had broad, hands-on business experience throughout the world.  He has worked in most of the world's major and emerging markets including North America, Latin America & the Caribbean, Western and Eastern Europe, Russia and the former USSR, China, Japan, Asia, the Pacific Rim, India and Africa.  He has developed new business, created and managed foreign subsidiaries and sales organisations, built, renovated and managed manufacturing plants, sourced products overseas, developed new products and new lines of business, and managed complex mergers, acquistions & strategic alliance projects throughout the world.
 
David has exceptionally strong skills in fast-paced, intensely competitive, high stakes industries and environments.  He has been recognized as a capable, visionary, highly motivational business executive; always a front runner and frequently a pioneer.  He has been called a truly modern-day, renaissance chief executive with strong multicultural, leadership, interpersonal, foreign language and team-building skills.

     David Krakoff has held CEO, President and other senior positions with P&L responsibility for several world class, global companies. He has worked successfully in established multi-billion dollar companies as well as in mid-sized businesses, entrepreneurial startups and turnarounds. In each case, he led the organisation he was managing to significant, often industry-leading growth in sales, market share, profits, efficiency and stability via a combination of organic growth, acquisition, new market expansion, restructuring and new product or new venture development. David is a specialist in business culture transformation and in creating high-performance executive teams and companies.

     The TOTO Success Story:  David was President for the Americas of TOTO and President of TOTO Brasil with responsibility for the company’s sales and P&L in all markets of the Americas.  Japan-based TOTO Ltd is the world’s largest manufacturer of plumbing fixtures and fittings and the industry's technology leader.  Under David's leadership TOTO Americas achieved record-setting sales, growth, profitability, and market share increases and became a leader in both the residential and commercial markets.  The company moved from a niche, regionally-distributed player to a full line brand with coast-to-coast distribution on both American continents.  David opened the business profitably in more than 20 countries.
